Mission Statement

  1. The vision of the New Covenant Church is to build city churches around the world. These churches are to be at least 1% of the local population.
  2. To bring every member into maturity in Christ.
  3. To foster deeper and meaningful fellowship.
  4. To encourage and work for the unity among all believers.
  5. To work in the community.
  6. To play a positive role in the life of the nation.
  7. To provide opportunity for service.
  8. To be actively involved in mission at home and abroad.

What We Believe

Central to our beliefs are:

  • The divine inspiration and infallibility of the Holy Bible in all matters and conduct. (ll Tim.3:16, 2 Pet.1:21)
  • The Trinity of the Godhead and the unity of three persons (Father Son, Holy Ghost) therein (l John.5:7)
  • The utter depravity of the whole human nature and the guilt of all mankind since the fall through the deceit of the devil. Because of this, all people become subject to Gods wrath and condemnation (Romans.3:23)
  • The full salvation by grace through faith in Christ Jesus alone. Thus one is born again and becomes a child of God (Eph.2:8-9)
  • Subsequent empowerment of the born again believer by the Holy Spirit for service and victorious living.(Acts.1:5.8, Acts.2:1-4)

Fostering Unity in the Body of Christ

Apart from personal efforts by individual ministers and branches of our church, the New Covenant Church is a member of the UK Evangelical Alliance (EA), African and Caribbean Evangelical Alliance (ACEA) of which our General Overseer Rev. Paul Jinadu is President. Our branches are also encouraged to be active in the Pentecostal Fellowship Prayer Networks in their respective boroughs and localities.

Though the Church started in the U.K. in 1986, we have not concentrated on building a large Church in one location. Rather we have concentrated on discharging people for leadership, sending them out to fulfil their ministries in their various communities. We currently have over 50 Centres in the U.K.
